1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dino99 website at https://dino99.vu, downloading the mobile app, or using any services provided by this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all platform users, including unregistered visitors, registered members, and participants in any promotion or VIP programme. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use dino99 services, you must meet the following requirements:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active at dino99. Users found to hold multiple accounts will have all accounts frozen and all balances and wins forfeited without prior warning.

Dino99 reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including copies of an identity card, passport, or other supporting documents. Accounts that fail to complete the identity verification process within the specified timeframe may be temporarily blocked or closed.

3 Deposit & Payments

Dino99 accepts a wide range of deposit methods including local bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other payment methods available on the platform. All deposits are processed in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• The minimum deposit is RM10 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Dino99 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Any deposit made by a third party will be returned and the account in question may be temporarily blocked pending investigation.

4 Fund Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet in the same name as your dino99 account.

5 Bonus & Promotions

• All bonuses have wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, per IP address, per residential address, and per device.
• Dino99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there are indications of abuse or attempts to exploit promotional offers.
• Bonus expiry dates are as stated in the terms of each respective offer.

Dino99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional programme at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already awarded and currently in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the dino99 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by international certification bodies such as eCOGRA and iTech Labs. This ensures every game outcome is fair, random, and cannot be manipulated.

Dino99 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Accounts closed due to terms violations are not eligible for any refund of remaining balances, bonuses, or unprocessed wins.
